Trained By Experience.
Sharpened By Data.
Twenty-three years on the gym floor in and around the Conejo Valley taught me what actually works — not what's trending. I've held certifications across NASM, NCEP, NESTA, Freemotion, TRX, and MAT, and I've watched enough fads come and go to trust the fundamentals.
Outside the gym, I build and run my own local AI models — partly out of curiosity, partly because staying sharp on how information moves keeps me honest about what's actually changed in exercise science versus what's just repackaged. Every program I write blends two decades of hands-on coaching with a current, informed opinion on what moves the needle.
I'm also an experienced lecturer — the Mind Forward program grew out of years of speaking on wellness, habit change, and the mind-body connection. Earlier in my career I was licensed as an R-DAT (Recovery Drug and Alcohol Technician) at a local wellness facility, working directly with people in recovery. That work shaped how I coach: real change is rarely about willpower alone, and the mental side matters as much as the physical.
The range of people I work with is wide by design — from fall-hazard clients rebuilding stability, to pre- and post-natal training, to competitive calisthenics athletes. I coach postural correction, pain mitigation, power, strength, and strategic body recomposition. Whatever the starting point, the plan is built around where you actually are and where you're trying to go.
